Winter is now over, the daffodils are out, the lambs are in the field and the first sounds of lawnmowers can be herd. Spring is here! Our first meet-up for Summer Cycling starts on Wednesday 10th April at Glooston Village Hall at 6:30 pedal ready. A delicious homemade curry, (meat or vegetarian) will be available after the ride, and this always proves to be very popular. It is essential that you book your meal before 7th April.
A few points to note this season:
- We have formed a Electric Bike Group (EBG) to be led by James Peake. The intention is to build on Mike Vybiral’s vision of ‘all inclusive cycling’, and we welcome anyone with an electric bike to this new group. The intention is for the pace to be dictated by the slowest rider, so no one gets left behind.
- The team kit listed below has been compiled to date. As we will be placing only one bulk order this season to meet the supplier’s minimum order quantity, please order from the following link so we can add your kit to this list.
- All routes will be posted and available to print or download onto your device prior to each ride. Please ensure you are familiar with the route to avoid getting lost.
