To sign up for the weekly newsletter click In order to comply with GDPR regulations you need to sign up and give express consent that you are happy to receive weekly e-mails during the summer cycling season. Additionally you will be asked to give an emergency phone number.

The ride schedules and locations are posted on the website <HERE>. This may be subject to last minute changes so we back this up with our weekly newsletter/e-mail confirmation. If you are arriving by car please ensure that you park with careful consideration.

 Due to recent events and at the request of our ride leaders, we now require you to wear a cycling helmet on all our rides.

Most riders use a road bike, hybrid bikes are used as well, some people also use electric bikes or for the more athletic mountain bikes which require more power on roads to keep pace.

All rides are lead by experienced riders

Insurance. Riders are reminded that it is their own responsibility to decide whether or not they require the provision of personal cycle insurance that covers personal injury, legal protection for any claims made against them, theft of or damage to property. If they do it is their responsibility to source that insurance themselves.
Whilst the designated ride leaders will endeavour to minimise risks during the ride, anyone riding on an organised Summer Cycling ride do so entirely at their own risk.
