We had a lovely ride out last night from The Bewick in Hallaton, and the weather was kind to us with a very pretty sky and the countryside looking glorious.  We had a really good turn out with 9 riders for the ‘extended ride’  led by Dave Hill, Nick Fenwick led 6 riders for the ‘moderate ride’ and I led 10 riders out on the ‘recreational ride’ which included two riders on electric bikes.

We were very warmly welcomed by Dina and Debo back at the pub, and enjoyed a a delicious Thai food evening.  As this was our first visit there were one or two teething issues, namely food to table was a little slow and we were a little cramped.  However, Dina and Debo were so accommodating and keen to provide a really comfortable experience and I’m sure The Bewick will prove a very popular venue.  Feedback, as always, is always welcome
